Terms of Service

1. Service

CADCON ("we", "us", "our") provides a web application and REST API for converting Siemens JT CAD files to glTF and GLB formats. The service is operated by Business Tech Solutions Sweden AB, org. no. 556873-9675, VAT SE556873967501, Maria Prästgårdsgatan 30B, 118 45 Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CADCON. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these terms.

3. Credits and Payment

CADCON operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per successful conversion. Purchased credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase if unused.

  • All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card details.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • There are no subscriptions. All purchases are one-time payments.
  • Free credits are granted on signup and are subject to change without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use CADCON to:

  • Upload files you do not own or do not have the right to convert
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
  • Resell API access without written permission

5. Uploaded Files and Storage

Files you upload are processed for the purpose of conversion. Input files and converted output files are stored securely on Microsoft Azure (Sweden Central region) for up to 365 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You may delete your files at any time from your dashboard. We do not claim ownership of your files.

6. Conversion Quality

CADCON provides JT to glTF/GLB conversion on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that all JT files will convert successfully or that output geometry will be perfect. Complex or proprietary JT structures may not convert fully. No credit is charged for failed conversions.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination for policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

CADCON is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, conversion errors, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email.
